In 1998, the precursor company Claytal Building Materials Pte Ltd was founded with its core business centered on supply of roofing materials to the construction industries. Claytal market entrant was welcome by its customers and its customer base has grown healthily.
From 2001 millennium, Claytal Building Materials was incorporated and changed to its present name SMF Contract Services Pte Ltd to reflect its capability in providing complete and robust solutions to its clients.
SMF moved its business to its present premise in April 2008, consolidates administration, engineering and warehouse into a single location, enhancing efficiency and productivity to serve its clientele competitively.

SMF Building Materials Pte Ltd was incorporated in 2011 to offer our valued clients a complete range of products to suit every company’s needs. Our spectrum of products include aluminium foil for metal & clay roofing systems and Ventilation Colorbond Capping for clay roof dry lay system to the supply of Belenco quartz.
Leveraging on our affliated companies who have established presence in the roofing and ceiling/partition industries, we aim to provide a comprehensive and reliable range of products to serve our existing and new customers.
