It is manufactured using a patented process.
Aluminium is known for it highly reflective properties. It can reflect more than 95% radiant heat. EUROSHIELD uses highly-polished surface aluminum with purity of up to 99.5%. Together with a highly reflective metalized polyester, EUROSHIELD achieves a fantastic reflectivity of 97$.
WHAT’S HIGH DENSITY WOVEN FABRIC?
The Unique High Density woven fabric used in EUROSHIELD is made up of pure polyethylene resin. It is melt at a controlled temperature that does minimal harm to the resin’s strength. It is then compressed by a high pressure machine and generated into polyethylene yarns to obtain maximum strength. The yarns are then woven in a criss-cross manner to form the Unique High Density woven fabric with a tensile strength of up to 700N/50mm and a puncture resistance of up to 280N, making it the toughest and strongest reinforced radiant barrier.
Five layers laminate made up of a double sided reflective foil (Aluminium or Metalized film) bonded to reinforce high density polyethylene woven fabric by special fire retardant material.
